Job Description
Emeriosoft is looking for a dedicated IT Admin to enhance our team. The selected candidate will oversee and support our IT infrastructure, including desktop and network support, while ensuring optimal system security and assisting with technology upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops and laptops.
- Provide guidance to staff on hardware and software usage.
- Diagnose and resolve network issues effectively.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN and VoIP systems.
Required Skills: Proficiency in Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, strong networking abilities, and knowledge of cybersecurity best practices are essential.
