Job Description
PepsiCo is on the lookout for an accomplished Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee our comprehensive recruitment strategies in Pakistan. In this key position, you will work closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to develop high-performing teams.
Your main responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process, meeting essential hiring KPIs, and improving the candidate experience. The ideal candidate should possess 4-6 years of relevant experience, along with a BSC, BBA, or MBA degree. Additionally, you will be responsible for advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives and implementing global Talent Acquisition tools.
