Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through phone, email, and live chat. Your primary duties will include addressing customer inquiries, escalating issues as necessary, and maintaining precise customer records to enhance overall satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and preferably have experience in a Medicare campaign. A high school diploma or equivalent is a mandatory requirement.
