Job Description
Techcreatix is on the lookout for a skilled and proactive HR Generalist with a robust background in Training & Development (T&D). The successful candidate will oversee essential HR functions while creating, implementing, and assessing impactful employee development programs that foster both individual and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on T&D.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
