Job Description
TGT Nexus Pvt Ltd is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Front Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As the initial point of contact for our customers, you will be instrumental in driving sales, providing outstanding customer service, and possessing in-depth knowledge of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers with their inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Meet sales targets and maintain accurate records.
- Address inquiries and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Collaborate with the backend team to ensure seamless service.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong motivation to achieve targets.
- Basic computer proficiency.
