Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee updates for the website and mobile applications.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to web and app performance.
- Manage IT equipment maintenance across various branches.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance and internet connectivity.
- Offer technical support and guidance to staff members.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support.
- Exceptional troubleshooting abilities.
- Understanding of content management systems (CMS), point of sale (POS) systems, and networking.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Location: I-8, Islamabad
Type: Full-time (Monday – Saturday)
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
