Job Description
We invite you to become a part of Shelter as an IT Systems & Support Associate! We are in search of a motivated individual skilled in server management, backup processes, and network support, ready to solve technical challenges that empower our creative teams. This position is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of IT support experience, particularly those with strong practical problem-solving capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve server issues (both on-premise and cloud-based).
- Set up and maintain NAS drives while ensuring regular backups.
- Install and configure necessary software applications.
- Administer Active Directory and manage user accounts.
- Deliver comprehensive IT support (hardware, software, and network).
- Update and maintain internal documentation.
Compensation: Rs35,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
