Job Description
Join Cargo Linkers as a meticulous Credit Controller, where you will be responsible for managing outstanding invoices and optimizing our collections process. We are looking for a candidate who can effectively monitor client invoices, engage with customers through phone calls for payment follow-ups, and develop strategies to address overdue accounts. Additionally, you will handle billing disputes with professionalism and maintain precise records while preparing detailed collections reports.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in credit control or finance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
