Job Description
Vibractive is on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of our coffee café. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster a well-coordinated team environment.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, supervise staff, uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards, address customer complaints, manage inventory, and support marketing efforts.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of café management experience, excellent leadership abilities, proficiency in POS systems, and flexibility in work hours.
