Job Description
Benchmark BPO Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships with customers, provide exceptional service, and effectively promote our products and services to meet sales goals.
Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, promoting and selling our offerings, and assisting customers with issue resolution to guarantee a positive experience. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a customer-centric mindset, are essential. Previous experience in customer sales is preferred, and candidates must be available to work night shifts.
We offer a competitive salary package, with the potential to earn up to $200K, in addition to bonuses.
