Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee online medicine order processing.
- Collaborate with pharmacies to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Address customer inquiries through phone, chat, or WhatsApp.
- Maintain precise records of all orders.
- Conduct follow-ups on pending orders.
- Verify the validity of prescriptions.
- Assist the pharmacy team with daily operations.
Location: Gulberg, Lahore | Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Salary: Rs25,00 – Rs35,00/month | Schedule: Rotational (Male candidates preferred)
