Job Description
Benchmark BPO is looking for a detail-oriented and seasoned Verification Officer to enhance our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying customer information, ensuring precision, and upholding data integrity while providing a superior customer experience.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in call center operations and ACA verification is essential.
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
- No freshers; relevant experience is required.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM – 4 AM).
