Job Description
About Us: We are Infiniti Software, a dynamic digital agency specializing in website and mobile app design and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries on Fiverr.
- Guide clients through the onboarding process.
- Prepare and send project quotes.
- Collaborate with clients to document requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with clients.
- Assist in upselling additional services.
Qualifications: Client management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Fiverr.
