Job Description
Company: HRSG Outsourcing Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Karachi
Salary: PKR 150,00 – 280,00 per month
Experience Required: 5–7 years in accounting and finance
Employment Type: HRSG Contract (12 months)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. Key responsibilities include tracking and analyzing budget variances, preparing financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow reports), ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial statements, providing management reports with in-depth financial analysis, forecasting future performance, and preparing budgets while ensuring compliance with government regulations.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Financial Controller, a degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred), and strong analytical and decision-making skills.
