Job Description
TECH Twist, a leading provider of BPO and IT services, is on the lookout for motivated Telesales Agents to strengthen our Outbound Call Center team. If you possess outstanding communication skills and have the ability to confidently close sales, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Effectively present and explain our offers.
- Address and manage customer objections with professionalism.
- Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, Urdu, and Punjabi.
- Preferred 6 months of experience in telesales.
- Goal-oriented and a strong team player.
