Job Description

Kataria Associates is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Officer to join our dedicated team. In this role, the Admin Officer will manage daily administrative operations, ensuring seamless coordination among departments while maintaining a professional office atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate communication between HR and Customer Care teams.
  • Manage duty rosters and inventory records.
  • Ensure the availability of essential office supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and standards in the kitchen area.
  • Organize departmental meetings and ensure effective communication.

Requirements: Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess 3 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are essential for this position.
