Job Description
Medheave Healthcare IT Services is on the lookout for a dedicated Client Relationship Manager who excels at building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional service. This position requires an effective communicator who can accommodate on-site evening shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM in Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
- Lead the onboarding process and manage client transitions.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and feedback sessions.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and CMS regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate successful billing.
