Job Description
Arksbay Solutions is looking for a proficient HR Operations Expert to oversee human resources functions while ensuring compliance with Pakistan’s labor laws. This role encompasses managing leave policies, employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, and maintaining adherence to HR regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with employment contracts and workplace regulations.
- Administer leave policies and manage employee benefits.
- Enhance HR operations and maintain precise employee records.
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters to improve the overall employee experience.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, and a solid understanding of Pakistan’s labor laws.
