Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated HR Executive to oversee our recruitment, training, and employee performance initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in Human Resources along with a solid understanding of labor laws.
Your responsibilities will include developing compensation packages, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing employee concerns. You will evaluate training needs, coordinate learning programs, and manage the HR budget effectively. We offer full-time, part-time, and internship positions. Salary ranges from Rs25,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month.
