Job Description
Salary: PKR 35,00 – 40,00
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) | Off Days: Saturday & Sunday
Total Solution is actively looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative who excels in communication and has a passion for sales and recruitment. In this role, you will engage potential Loan Officers, conduct thorough interviews, and play a vital part in strengthening our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective candidates.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates’ suitability for the position.
- Articulate the benefits of joining our organization effectively.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
Requirements: Proficient in English; prior call center experience is preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Basic computer skills are a must.
