Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include promptly handling customer inquiries and concerns, collaborating with internal departments for effective resolutions, and providing accurate information to promote our services. You will also offer in-person support to enhance customer satisfaction while building strong relationships through empathy and exceptional service. Maintaining records of customer interactions and resolutions is essential.
