Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for an international customer service representative in Karachi, located on Shah Re Faisal. If you possess outstanding verbal communication skills in English and have a genuine passion for assisting customers, we encourage you to apply.
This full-time, on-site position requires you to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process orders via phone, email, and chat platforms.
Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong multitasking abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and familiarity with CRM software. Candidates must be available for evening and night shifts.
Competitive salary ranges from Rs80,00 to Rs100,00 per month.
