Job Description
NXT Labs is seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to conduct market research and identify potential clients in the BPO and staffing industries across diverse regions. In this role, you will leverage platforms like LinkedIn, cold calling, and marketing automation tools to generate high-quality leads.
Your responsibilities will include qualifying leads, maintaining a robust sales pipeline within CRM systems, and collaborating with the marketing team on effective lead generation strategies. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years of B2B lead generation experience, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
