Job Description
Planet Junior is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Staff member to join our team. The selected candidate will engage with customers by addressing their inquiries, comments, and complaints across various channels including social media platforms, WhatsApp, and telephone calls.
Applicants should have excellent communication skills in English and a comprehensive understanding of social media dynamics.
This full-time position is based in Shadman 1, Lahore, with working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM. The salary for this role ranges from Rs20,00.00 to Rs30,00.00 per month and is negotiable based on relevant experience.
