Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is looking for a skilled Assistant Project Manager to lead construction and maintenance projects. This position involves on-site construction oversight, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and addressing post-construction challenges. The primary responsibilities include managing quality assurance, executing projects according to design specifications, conducting land surveys, and generating comprehensive reports.
Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong budget management abilities and proficiency in MS Office. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is essential, along with at least 10 years of relevant experience in building construction.
