Job Description
Global Immigration Consultants is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Engagement Officer to enhance our online presence. The successful candidate will engage with our audience through multiple channels, cultivate strong relationships, and represent our brand voice effectively.
Key Responsibilities: You will address client inquiries, provide accurate information, ensure exceptional customer service, and build community trust on social media. Additionally, you will create automated workflows for YouTube content.
Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, an understanding of service processes, and proven experience in customer engagement or social media management.
Location: 10-K, Phase 1, DHA Lahore, Pakistan | Shift: 10 AM to 6 PM (Mon-Sat) | Job Type: Full-time, 12-month contract.
