Job Description

MindStorm Communications is actively seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. We invite candidates with 6 to 12 months of quality assurance experience from industries outside of call centers. The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor calls and evaluate processes to uphold quality standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide constructive feedback on calls to enhance performance.
• Maintain comprehensive quality-related documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality enhancement initiatives.
