Job Description

Tanzeela Abid is currently looking for a committed Logistic Executive to enhance our team. In this role, you will address inquiries from our customer support and compliance departments, manage courier exceptions, and follow up on delayed shipments. Additionally, you will handle claims for lost in transit parcels and maintain our claims report.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills are essential.
