Job Description
Icon Global (Private) Limited is looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Service Executive to become a vital part of our growing team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.
Your key responsibilities will include managing inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, escalating complex issues when necessary, and maintaining accurate interaction records. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, exceptional communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software.
Salary: Rs70,00 – Rs100,00 per month plus benefits.
Working Hours: 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Monday to Friday). Location: DHA Phase 2 Extension, Karachi.
