Job Description

WayTech Pro is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources (HR) Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will manage and enhance our company’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and HR policies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment efforts and onboarding.
• Manage employee records and HR database.
• Develop HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Conduct training programs for employee growth.
