Job Description
PayMedics is on the lookout for a skilled System Support Engineer to address Microsoft Outlook issues and deliver comprehensive email support. Ideal candidates will possess strong troubleshooting abilities in both Windows and iOS environments, as well as knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security measures. Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V is also required.
Key responsibilities include providing technical support for hardware and software issues, system installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure seamless operations. A solid understanding of networking devices like switches, routers, and access points is crucial.
Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience, a relevant degree (BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering), and preferred certifications include CCNA and CCNP.
