Siflex Pvt Ltd, a leading manufacturer of flexographic plates, is currently seeking a motivated Flexo Plate Making Shift In-Charge. This role is crucial for overseeing production activities efficiently. The ideal candidate will supervise daily operations, lead the plate-making team, monitor machinery performance, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and maintain accurate production logs.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a DAE/B.Tech/BSc/BE in Mechanical, Printing, Industrial, or a related field, with 2-4 years of relevant experience and strong leadership abilities. Familiarity with flexographic plate-making and basic MS Office skills are advantageous.
Shift: Rotational
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
