Job Description
Grace Fabrics International is seeking an E-Commerce Executive to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in the online retail or fashion sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete E-Commerce operations, which include order processing, customer support, payment handling, and coordinating delivery logistics.
Your key responsibilities will involve addressing customer inquiries, overseeing payment transactions, implementing customer loyalty programs, and collaborating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
Applicants should have an Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with E-Commerce platforms is a crucial requirement.
