GrowthRise Solutions is actively seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our dynamic team. This is an in-person role that requires 8 hours of work per day, six days a week.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing prompt and professional assistance to customers.
- Efficiently managing orders and returns.
- Engaging in live customer service chats.
- Using Microsoft Office for data entry and effective communication.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Willingness to commute daily to Bahria Town Phase 7.
- E-commerce experience is a plus.
Compensation: Starting at Rs40,00.00 per month.
