Job Description

Think Higher Consultants is inviting applications for the position of Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing administrative assistance, managing correspondence, and supporting clerical operations. We are looking for individuals with exceptional communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver administrative support by managing mail, scanning documents, and overseeing document organization.
• Effectively communicate with clients to handle inquiries and concerns.
• Assist with office activities, meetings, and special events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline.
