Job Description
Imtiaz Super Market is excited to invite applications for the position of Talent Acquisition Officer. In this vital role, you will work closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and create effective job descriptions. Your key responsibilities will include posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates through diverse channels, and screening resumes. You will also coordinate interviews, maintain candidate databases, and ensure a welcoming experience for all applicants.
Moreover, you will help organize job fairs and recruitment events while preparing recruitment-related reports. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month, with an in-person work location.
