Job Description
QueryTel is currently seeking a skilled Cold-Calling and Lead Generation Expert with a focus on the North American market. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary contact for potential clients, significantly contributing to our efforts in expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to businesses in the U.S. and Canada.
- Assess client needs and effectively present appropriate IT services.
- Document call outcomes and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with North American sales representatives.
- Provide weekly reports on performance and lead conversion metrics.
Key Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of experience in cold calling or B2B sales, exceptional communication abilities, and familiarity with North American sales practices.
