Job Description
AYN Manufacturing Company is actively seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to enhance our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily HR tasks and supervising administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process.
- Maintain and manage employee records.
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees.
- Assist in performance management initiatives.

Requirements:
