Job Description
ASK Development Limited is looking for a dedicated Customer Services Representative to join our dynamic team. We are seeking recent graduates from reputable universities who are fluent in both English and Urdu and currently reside in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to incoming customer calls
- Provide online assistance regarding our services
- Coordinate with Operations for troubleshooting and fault rectification
- Create and resolve Network Trouble Tickets
- Maintain accurate records of faults by region
- Perform special tasks as required during shifts
Salary: Rs32,00 – Rs45,00. A work-from-home option will be available after six months, contingent on performance. A minimum of one year of experience in a UK-based Call Center is required.
