Job Description
DigiTechIO LLC is seeking a Senior HR Operations Executive to oversee daily HR functions and effectively manage employee relations. The successful candidate will address employee concerns, uphold HR policies, and ensure seamless internal operations.
Key Responsibilities: Manage attendance, resolve grievances, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, process payroll, facilitate onboarding, enforce policies, and coordinate employee engagement activities.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 2+ years of HR Operations experience, a solid understanding of labor laws, and strong communication skills.
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Salary: Rs. 40,00 – Rs. 60,00 (based on experience)
