Job Description
We invite you to become part of our team at HOOP as a Call Center Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Rawalpindi. This full-time position operates on a night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, five days a week.
In this role, you will manage outbound calls to our US customers, addressing their inquiries, verifying eligibility criteria, and offering comprehensive product and service support. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset in customer service interactions.
The compensation for this position ranges from Rs45,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month, and you will receive one paid leave after completing the probation period.
