Job Description
Grand City is on the lookout for a motivated Call Centre Representative to handle both inbound and outbound communications regarding overdue payments and customer inquiries. The perfect candidate will have exceptional communication abilities, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries about payment deadlines and account statuses.
- Conduct outbound calls for payment reminders and discuss recovery options.
- Resolve customer queries and disputes related to payments.
- Communicate via WhatsApp regarding payment-related issues and solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately while ensuring confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call centre is advantageous.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and a keen attention to detail.
This full-time, in-person position offers a competitive salary starting at Rs70,00.00 per month.
