Job Description
Emenac Inc. is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Night Customer Service Representative to become a part of our dynamic team. In this position, you will deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat, effectively addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience, preferably within a call center environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are crucial for this role. Candidates must be available for night shifts, typically from 10 PM to 6 AM.
Competitive compensation ranges from Rs37,00.00 to Rs50,00.00 monthly.
