Dot Clinics is actively seeking a committed Female Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional assistance to our patients regarding clinic hours, treatment options, and various inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Handle patient inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
- Manage and update daily appointment schedules.
- Collaborate with doctors to address complex patient queries.
- Follow up on ongoing treatment plans.
- Monitor daily patient interactions and provide insights to the marketing team.
