Job Description
Dreamworld Resort, Hotel & Golf Course is actively seeking a dedicated Online Sales Executive to improve customer engagement, oversee e-commerce operations, and implement data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Sales & Marketing and have 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Daraz, and Amazon.
- Enhance product visibility using effective SEO techniques.
- Process and manage orders, ensuring accurate fulfillment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational efficiency.
