Job Description
Win-Win Solutions, a respected Business Process Outsourcing company located in Rawalpindi, is actively seeking a motivated Fresh Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, enhancing the overall customer experience, and effectively resolving inquiries through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required; prior experience in customer service is an advantage.
