Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, responding to customer inquiries, and offering chat support across popular platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Daraz. You will also assist with order tracking and sales reporting, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Position Details: This is a full-time, office-based position with working hours from 11 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Saturday. Our office is located in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, Block 16 A.
Compensation: The fixed monthly salary is Rs 25,00, with additional commission opportunities. Expected total earnings range between Rs 35,00 and Rs 45,00 per month.
