Job Description
PepsiCo is seeking a skilled Electrical Team Lead to manage maintenance activities related to electrical and instrumentation equipment. This essential role will ensure the reliability and availability of our plant operations.
The successful candidate will execute maintenance plans, implement master schedules, define standard operating procedures (SOPs) for calibration and safety, and oversee critical spare parts programs. This position requires collaboration with the Maintenance Manager, supporting AIB standards, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives among technicians.
Applicants should possess a Diploma, B-Tech, or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Instrumentation, along with relevant experience in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment. Strong computer skills and excellent writing proficiency are essential.
