Position Type: Full-time
We are seeking a dedicated Taxi Controller (Customer Service Representative) to oversee incoming calls from customers in the UK who wish to book or modify their taxi rides. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing all airport and local ride bookings.
- Processing payment transactions over the phone.
- Escalating customer complaints to appropriate departments, alongside handling driver inquiries and concerns.
- Delivering exceptional customer service with outstanding verbal communication and listening skills.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Autocab, Iccabi, or Cordic, but all enthusiastic applicants are encouraged to apply.
