Job Description
Amcon Group of Companies is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who specializes in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing cost estimates, managing project budgets, evaluating subcontractor bids, and generating Bills of Quantities (BOQs). Additionally, the Quantity Surveyor will conduct site visits to ensure adherence to contracts and cost estimates, work closely with project teams to implement effective cost control measures, and provide comprehensive cost reports to management. A strong commitment to industry standards and safety regulations is crucial for this role.
